I struggled with insomnia and on nights that I did fall asleep, I would awaken mid sleep and never manage to maintain regular sleeping patterns.

I came to Luke  at Live Smart and he gave me a new diet with no stimulants, lots of snacking and high water intake. Along with the diet, I was put on to a regiment of supplements to take.

Since beginning my journey with Luke and Live Smart, my body is no longer running on pure adrenalin, my sleeping pattern is improving and I have been able to meet the goal of 6 hours straight sleep, and on nights that I do wake up, I am able to fall asleep straight away.

Overall, I now have more energy and I have begun to work out in the mornings.
